Amazing toys from Spin Master #AirHogs #FFMGiftGuide {Review & #Giveaway}

When I was little, most of my toys were not battery-operated, they were “manual”. Toys like building blocks, dolls, board games, etc were the norm around our house. These days, all of the coolest toys are battery-operated this and remote-controlled that… pretty fancy stuff for a girl who grew up with a non-remote-controlled TV!!

So when we were given the chance to test out some cool remote-controlled (RC) toys from Spinmaster, I wasn’t sure what to expect, having little to no experience ever using them.
So, I opened the box, and fifteen minutes later…
Ohhhhh… what was I afraid of? 🙂 
That’s my six-year-old in the video with the Flutterbye Fairy from Spin Master. And it is COOL! My daughter thought the fairy was beautiful and wanted to take it outside to play with. I had to explain that it’s not recommended because she could just keep going up and up, if we didn’t press the stop button quickly enough. (She would eventually come down, but who knows where she would land. 🙂

The oh-so-enchanting Flutterbye Fairy from Spin Master

My son got his very own RC toy as well – the Air Hogs AtmoSphere. Its operation is similar to the Flutterbye Fairy, but because he’s only three, I had to help him keep the Atmosphere in the air. After a few minutes, he caught on quickly and was getting pretty good at maneuvering the toy where he wanted it to go.

We also got to try out the Air Hogs Elite Helix X4 Stunt, which is meant for older children (12+), as it’s a bit more involved to operate. I took the helm this time…and it was really fun to operate! It did some stunts and other cool stuff, but being the “newbie” that I am, I have no clue how it happened (science isn’t my strong suit)! So, for all you techies out there, here’s the full description of what it does – and how – from the Spin Master website…

    My kids have seen these on tv commercials and gave it the wooooooowwwww so I think they really want them to test it out because I think they were a bit skeptical about it actually flying!

    I would love to give the airhogs to my boys they love those sorts of toys lol . I would girls the fairies to my girls because what girls don't love fairies 🙂

    I'd give the Air Hogs to my husband. He is a huuuge fan of Air Hogs and any flying toy. I'd give the Flutterbye Fairy to my daughter as she loves dolls and fairies:)

    I would give the Air hogs to my son because I think he would have a blast with them. I would give the Flutterbye Fairy to my niece beacause she loves fairies.

    I would give the Flutterbye Fairy to my daughter because she loves fairies, and I would donate the Air Hogs Atmosphere to the local toy drive because I'm sure there is a child out there who would have fun with this and we don't need two similar toys in our house.

    If I am lucky enough to win I would give my daughter the Flutterbye Fairy because I know she would have so much fun with it, and I would give the AtmoSphere to my nephew because he would love it!

    I would gift the Flutterbye Fairy to my niece and the Atmosphere would be for my son. Any toy that flies is a hit in our home, I would love to see them fly also.

    I have the flutterbye fairy all wrapped for my daughter for her 6th birthday on Thurs-I am soooo excited to try it myself! If I won another it would be going to a little 6 year old across the street who has a brother and they are being raised by a single day, they don't have much money, they don't even have a tv/cable.

    These would be for my oldest grandson and granddaughter the other are to small yet. I know they would be delighted with these toys because you really get to play with them not just pretend. the unexpected actions of them flying would be amazing compared to a toy that just sits there.

    I would give these toys to my grandchildren. My granddaughter is fascinated by the Flutterbye Fairy and has it on the top of her list, and my grandson would love the Air Hogs AtmoSphere.

    My niece and nephew would love these. They are very close in age and usually like similar toys. I can see the 2 of them loving both of these, especially my niece that is very girly would love the fairy!
