So, when I opened my first box of goodies I was excited to see a few new products I hadn’t tried before.
Strawberry Rice Krispie Granola snacks were a hit with my daughter, who was happy she could take them to school for snack on “treat” days. (We made a deal that on Monday, Wednesday and Friday she takes a fruit or veggie for snack and then on Tuesday and Thursday, she is allowed to take a treat.) Now, like most classrooms, hers is nut-free and her teacher also requests that no chocolate snacks are sent to school, so the Rice Krispie Granola snacks fit the bill nicely. We had also received the Cocoa flavour of Rice Krispie Granola snacks, which stayed at home with Mama. Not good for the waistline, but oh-so-yummy!
We also enjoyed Rice Krispies Brown Rice cereal (it’s also gluten-free!), Cinnamon Pops (Mama ate this one – a bit too sugary for little ones), and Mini Wheats Centres, Mixed Berry flavour. Hubby usually likes Mini Wheats, but thought the original version was still better – why mess with perfection, right? 🙂
Another favourite in our box of goodies were cranberry-orange All-Bran bars. These were super-yummy and gave a hit of fibre to our diets, too!
I can’t wait to see what else Kelloggs has coming down the pipe… I’ll keep you posted!
I received complimentary products from Kelloggs through the Kelloggers Network in the hopes that I would share my them with my readers. As always, I only write about products I personally believe in and like.
