Tuesday’s Tip – October 20

October 21, 2010 by fabfrugalmama Leave a Comment

My kitchen isn’t always the tidiest, but I always try to ensure that the stove and countertops are clean. Considering the amount of use that my dishcloth gets, I really don’t want to take chances that I’m spreading around a ton of bacteria, right? So, instead of laundering my cloth every few days (because, let’s be honest, who needs more laundry?), I use a great tip from my mother-in-law. Simply place your dishcloth into a microwave-safe bowl, partially fill it with water and ensure the cloth is well saturated. Then, microwave it on high for 2-3 minutes (or until it is steaming). Remove it and let the cloth cool – or rinse it with cold water if you wish to use it right away. Now you’ve got yourself a sanitized dishcloth that’s fit to see another (very messy) day!

P.S. Yes, I realize I posted this on a Wednesday… let’s just chalk it up to sleep deprivation! 😉

I always look forward to January 1st because that's when I get to break out my NEW agenda! The best part? Getting creative with the weekly spreads. ❤

That's why, since it's been awhile since I shared a printable freebie, I thought it would be the perfect time to post a new one!

This time, it's Lilly Pulitzer-inspired... and there are 4 pages! (Yep, 4 pages!) I couldn't fit all of my fav prints on just one page, so... 😂

Hope you have fun with them! If you use them in a spread, I'd love to see it! Tag me on social @fabfrugalmama. 🙂
