If you haven’t already heard (or tried it yet!), Mindful Colouring is THE thing lately. It is meant to help one de-stress, relax and be more mindful.
I thought I’d try it out, so I downloaded some free colouring sheets from the web and bought a Mandala book from my local bookstore. Wouldn’t you know, I’m hooked!
Then, I had a great idea… since I love clean, modern shapes and one of my favourites is the ogee, why not create a free printable mindful colouring sheet of my own?
